This probably exists to some degree or another at this point, but: A delivery service for chips, candy, ice cream, and other craveable foods. We don't always want the convenience of a full meal delivery. Sometimes we just need a bunch of snacks, and we just really don't want to go out to the store.
Cheesecake Cannolis
Cannoli shells filled with various flavors of cheesecake. The existing filling is already close, but doing true cheesecake filling with extras like strawberry, chocolate, turtle, or other great cheesecake flavors would be amazing.
Animal Patterned Candy Bars
