Dinosaurs were just another kind of animal, though they are only ever portrayed in movies and TV shows as mindless, human-chomping, murder machines.
Obviously, many were dangerous, but they were still just animals.
We should get a TV show where scientists travel back in time to study dinosaurs without all the horror. They establish a research station, explore the area, the animals (dinosaurs and non-dinosaurs alike), and the ecosystem. They go on exploratory excursions to other areas.
Of course, there would be occasional dangerous situations with the dinosaurs and other creatures, but that wouldn’t be the focus of the show. The focus would be on the science, the study, and even offering assistance like veterinary care for the animals, along with the drama and comedy between the staff, dealing with technical issues with the time travel apparatus and other technology, and other more sci-fi topics and themes.
